Bio
Nicola Nitido (Naples, 1993) is an independent researcher and curator. He is graduated in Semiotics of Art at the University of Bologna, and in Museology and Management of Cultural Heritage in Madrid and Rome.
His interests focus around the themes of gender and queer theories, history of collections and museum studies. Developing a multidisciplinary approach spanning from art history to anthropology, he investigates the infinite possibilities of exhibitions set-up, addressing artists' personal and collective researchs, tethering it to a solid knowledge of sources. He is currently a board member of the In-ruins residency in Southern Italy, and he is editor of Artwort, Exibart, Atpdiary and Forme Uniche.
